Greedy memories culminate to change gear;
To evolve through the coming season
To forget and rejuvenate new reasons
Letting prosperity walk in
to learn from life lessons
Sweating out stress to adapt newness,
in expression of confessions.
The hardships of trying to erase a bad past
A treasure of history to remind
and hold on to the unwieldy forecast;
Holding on to the scent of coconut oil
in a grotty quilt
The ending days of a four bedroom house crumbling in guilt.
The laughs and cries of a fallen wall
Fathoming to overcome the pain
and scuffling to stand tall.
Willing to cast a spell,
to help hold on to old stories
Inspiring to learn from any mistakes made and emotions recovered;
Passing on to the unwavering power
to focus on the present
To be able to appreciate the current fortune and
decide to never let go of a moment.
Being able to love the courage
of a new bond built
Dusting the world of strength
to not take over the calming cries
seeking shelter in an orchid field.
The continual struggle to keep living
in the time of today
To not let the past linger in
to spoil the crust of present;
To let go of the thoughts of future
Having the time to let life reside
before the kick-to start the scooter.
A morning too joyous tuning
with the dawn chorus
An evening settling in before the stars
sets to sparkle above the lazy ducks
A night staying in waiting for crackers to touch the sky and wish the world
